Channel Management - Project Manager
We are looking for a detail oriented, diligent and enthusiastic Project Manager to join the Retail Channel Management team at Easy2 Technologies in downtown Cleveland, Ohio. The person who fulfills this role will have ultimate responsibility to understand, communicate, coordinate, QA and deliver eCommerce projects to our top tier retail and eCommerce clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility and ownership for the delivery of moderately to highly complex projects.
- Understand and drive projects through successful completion as defined in the Statement of Work.
- Demonstrate advanced skills to develop and maintain project/program schedule, identify and track milestones and identify and manage cross functional teams. Create and actively maintain standard project management documentation and take corrective action when needed.
- Learn and understand Easy2’s business and proprietary project management and application development tools in order to complete projects on time and on budget.
- Formulate operational tactics for successful on time and on budget project completion.
- Motivate and lead cross functional teams.
- Provide accurate and timely status reports ensuring obstacles to on time and on budget delivery of defined scope are clearly called out with action plan to remediate.
- Attention to process improvement and program management.
- QA/QC any client deliverables as needs arise.

Qualifications:
- B.S. / B.A. in related field
- 3-8 years experience in Project Management and online media, including HTML, Flash, Video or Graphic Design.
- Experience communicating with and positively influencing project stakeholders and decision makers.
- Knowledge of Internet technology and Internet marketing principles
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate internal resources.
- Strong working knowledge with Word, Excel, Outlook and project management tools.
- Creative thinker with the ability to absorb information from multiple sources and convey a unified vision and execution plan for the project.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to resolve conflict and escalate issues as appropriate.

Channel Management - Retail Channel Account Executives
We are looking for a team-oriented, consultative Account Executive who will be instrumental in developing deeper relationships and revenue channels with our eCommerce and retail partners in the specialties of online merchandising, marketing, and mobile content. The Account Executive will create and manage strategic business development plans and act as the primary liaison between Easy2 and our key eCommerce partners.
We are seeking professionals at a both a Junior (2-4 years experience) and Senior (6-10 years experience) level. Compensation is commensurate with your experience. The position is located in Playhouse Square in downtown Cleveland, Ohio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and understand Easy2’s business and proprietary application development tools in order to communicate effectively with eCommerce decision makers on goals and solutions.
- Overall responsibility and ownership of your portfolio of retail accounts.
- Solidify individual relationships with key decision makers at your targeted accounts.
- Formulate strategies and proposals to the goal of deepening and expanding channel integration.

The Channel Management Admin Sales Coordinator will support the Channel Management team in attaining its monthly and annual targets by providing administrative and reporting assistance to the team. Your role is instrumental to assure timely, focused and impactful communication materials and reporting. This role is responsible for different kinds of administrative functions essential for everyday operations:

Client Services – Account Executive
Easy2 is seeking a Client Service Account Executive to manage projects and grow existing clients. Responsibilities include overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects while ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Has primary responsibility for communication with assigned clients regarding project expectations, planning, development, schedules and deliverables. Ensures that client understands development, change procedures, client responsibilities, including approvals to meet delivery schedules.
- Monitors and informs assigned clients of progress in delivery schedules, communicates and negotiates minor changes with products, and works with supervisor on unresolved issues with production schedules or scope changes.
- Contributes information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; implements production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolves problems; identifies trends; determines system improvements; implements change.
